Many organisations don't feel happy about committing to an annual contract, especially if their support requirements are small. Calnet are happy to provide our expertise on an informal basis charged at an hourly rate.
Although response times are not guaranteed for Pay As You Go customers our track record with existing clients has proven that if you require a callout one of our many engineers will be on site within a reasonable amount of time to resolve.
Our in house support team may also provide you with a remote solution thus eliminating the requirement for a site visit.
